We determine the prices of our mobile homes individually, as they depend on many factors. Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions that will help you better understand what influences the final cost of a year-round or seasonal mobile home.

What factors influence the price of a mobile home?

The cost of building a mobile home depends on several key elements:

• Size of the home – the larger the home, the greater the amount of building materials used and the greater the amount of labor required.

• Type and quality of materials – steel, wood, insulation, roofing, windows, and doors all affect the price. Choosing materials such as triple-glazed windows or advanced insulation systems increases the cost of construction but also improves the quality of the home.

• Interior furnishings – mobile homes offering a higher standard of finish, equipped with household appliances, electronics, bathroom fixtures, and standard or custom-made furniture will also affect the price.

• Location – the durability parameters of our homes are adapted to the target location of the house, i.e., the loads and weather conditions prevailing in the given region.

• Design complexity – homes with unusual shapes, additional features, or special construction requirements will cost more.

Does the price include only construction, or also interior finishing?

We offer three finishing versions:

Our homes are available in three finishing options:

• LIGHT – developer standard; the price includes the construction of a solid steel frame along with the design, wall assembly, exterior façade, installation of windows and exterior doors, and utility installations.
• BASIC – in addition to the LIGHT version, includes interior wall finishing with wall panels and vinyl flooring; the price depends on the type of materials used.
• COMFORT – a fully equipped home with everything needed for comfortable living, including furniture, household appliances, and electronics. This option is the most expensive and depends on the type of furniture and appliances, and it also requires the most labor.

Is it possible to negotiate the price?

The prices of our mobile homes are determined individually and depend on many variables. If you have a set budget, contact us, and we will try to propose the most optimal solution.

How long does it take to build a mobile home?

The project completion time depends on several factors, including the scope of work, material availability, and the size of the home. Typically, the construction of a mobile home takes from a few weeks to several months. If the project includes additional work, the construction time may be extended. Once the project details are defined, our specialists will be able to provide a more accurate completion time.

Can I buy a ready-made RAM House immediately?

We often have homes available “off the shelf,” so if you are interested in a quick purchase, please contact our office directly.

Can I make changes to the design during construction?

Yes, changes to the design are possible, but they involve additional costs and may affect the construction schedule. If you decide to modify the project, we will discuss with you how these changes will impact the price and completion time. Changes may involve, for example, reordering materials or adapting the structure.

Does the price include transport of the finished home?

The price does not include transport costs. We connect our clients with a company that provides oversized transport services and has extensive experience in transporting houses. The cost of transport is determined individually as it depends on the distance between the production site and the installation location, as well as the difficulty of access.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes, we offer payment in two or three installments. However, the final installment must be paid before the handover of the finished home.
