Lumen is a compact and functional mobile home that combines contemporary design with exceptional space efficiency. Large glazing fills the interior with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere perfect for everyday relaxation. Thoughtfully designed with ergonomic precision, Lumen offers maximum comfort within a minimal footprint. Its layout includes a bright and spacious living room with a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom, a stylish bathroom, and a practical hallway.

Lumen is available with two insulation options – mineral wool or PUR foam – and in three finishing styles: LIGHT, BASIC, and COMFORT. A wide range of additional features is also available to tailor the home to your needs and preferences.

Our houses are available in 3 finishing variants:

LIGHT

In this version, the offered home is in a developer’s standard – fully finished on the outside and prepared for individual interior finishing and arrangement.

STRUCTURE: Made from steel profiles, designed by qualified structural engineers in our in-house design office. The project was developed according to the highest quality standards and current building regulations. The use of properly selected steel profiles ensures high strength and load resistance, resulting in a solid and durable frame – the foundation of RAM House homes. All steel elements are protected with an anti-corrosion coating, and if the home has a chassis, it is galvanized.

EXTERNAL WALLS: Meet the requirements for year-round residential use, insulated with 20 cm of mineral wool or PUR foam, and protected with vapor and wind insulation membranes. The individual layers are combined to form a durable 30 cm thick wall.

FACADE: Ventilated system made with steel panels, with the option of using other materials such as composite boards, Vinylit panels, thermo wood, or aluminum panels.

ROOF: Steel structure – gable type. The roof sheathing is ventilated and insulated with mineral wool or PUR foam, along with vapor and wind insulation membranes. The roof covering is made of metal roof tiles.

FLOOR: Reinforced OSB board mounted on a strong steel frame. Insulation made of 24 cm PUR foam or mineral wool, with additional vapor and wind insulation membranes.

WINDOWS: Triple-glazed – 3 PVC windows and 1 aluminum display window with balcony doors.

ENTRANCE DOOR: Single-leaf, insulated steel exterior door.

INTERNAL WALLS: Constructed from high-quality C24 timber, filled with mineral wool for soundproofing. The walls, floor, and ceiling are closed with OSB board, ready for individual finishing.

HEATING: Prepared installation for electric radiators.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: Electrical installation prepared, without socket and switch installation.

PLUMBING & SEWAGE SYSTEM: Installed in the kitchen and bathroom, with an outlet to the exterior.

VENTILATION: Air inlet with heater, mechanical ventilation in the bathroom and kitchen.

RODENT PROTECTION: Galvanized welded mesh.

BASIC

BASIC version includes all the elements of the LIGHT variant, plus interior wall, ceiling, and floor finishing, as well as additional finishing features:

INTERIOR DOORS: 2 doors with frames.

HEATING: Installation prepared for electric radiators. Option to install TERMOFOL heating foil at an additional cost.

FLOOR FINISHING: Made of high-quality, waterproof vinyl panels.

INTERNAL WALL FINISHING: Walls finished with FORESTIA wall panels; in the bathroom, waterproof VILO panels or, for an extra charge, FIBO panels.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: Includes sockets and switches, TV and telecommunications sockets, and an outdoor weatherproof socket.

VENTILATION / HEAT RECOVERY: Air inlet with heater, mechanical ventilation in the bathroom, gravity ventilation in the kitchen – cooker hood with a condenser. Optional wall-mounted heat recovery units by HARMANN available at an extra cost.

LIGHTING: Light points prepared for lamp connection, outdoor wall lights.

COMFORT

COMFORT version is a turnkey home – ready to move in – containing all elements of the LIGHT and BASIC versions, enhanced with furniture and equipment ensuring comfortable living conditions:

FURNITURE & APPLIANCES: Home equipped with furniture, household appliances, and bathroom fixtures.

HEATING: Electric radiators or the option to install TERMOFOL heating foil across the entire floor area (at an additional cost). In the bathroom – ladder-style bathroom radiator.
